The project consisted of the renovation of an existing building built in 1926 and the interior planning of a 12,000 sq. ft. pharmacy with a 2,500 sq. ft. mezzanine. The mandate included the restoration of the original theatre façade by returning it to its original colours and lighting it up for nighttime viewing. In addition, the entrance was relocated to the center of the façade, back to the original location of the ticket office, which is its natural place in such a symmetrical composition.
